Line-up for Fairport's Cropredy Convention

THE line-up has been announced for the Fairport's Cropredy Convention 2008.
The friendly three-day festival showcases rock, pop and acoustic music.
This year the event takes place on August 7, 8 and 9 and tickets are now on sale, with organisers urging fans to book early.
Among the headline acts are Oxfordshire-based Supergrass, who will be appearing on the the first night and Midge Ure, who will appear on the last evening.
Appearing alongside Supergrass will be Anthony John Clarke, The Gathering, Whapweasel, John Tams and Barry Coope.
BBC presenter Mark Radcliffe will front Family Mahone on August 8, who will be appearing alongside Paul Brady, the Ulster-born singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, and his band and Sixties legend Joe Brown and his band.
Other acts lined up for August 8 are Peggy and PJ, Three Daft Monkeys, Jeana Leslie and Siobhan Miller, Stackridge and the Levellers.
Former host of the Old Grey Whistle Test Bob Harris is the compere for the final day of the festival.
Richard Digance will be appearing in the opening slot along with Larkrise to Candleford, Legend, Muffin Men and Julie Fowlis.
The festival will be rounded off by Fairport Convention doing a three-hour set joined by a galaxy of musical guests including former members of the band.
Running times are 4pm to 11.30pm on August 7 and noon to midnight on August 8 and 9.
Revellers can purchase either a three-day ticket, two-day ticket for just Friday and Saturday or a ticket for Saturday only.
There is a special discounted rate for those who book tickets before June 1 of £72 for the three-day ticket, £62 for the two-day ticket and £42 for the Saturday show.
Between June 1 and July 31 tickets cost £76 for the three days, £66 for the two days and £46 for the Saturday show.
After July 31 tickets go up to £80 for the three-day ticket, £70 for the two-day ticket and £50 for the Saturday show.
Children under the age of 12 can get in for free provided they are accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Camping for the event is charged per vehicle for up to five occupants. Camping costs £30 for three days, £25 for two days and free on Saturday night for people with a ticket.
Motorcyclists, cyclists and backpackers arriving on foot can camp free of charge.
