I would like to support the proposed changes to the infrastructure of Daventry.
Since moving to Newnham last year, my partner and I have been fairly disappointed with the lack of options Daventry gives.

There are no decent shops, nor decent pubs/quality restaurants. Fitness is a must yet facilities are poor to say the least, and you need other things to do to best enjoy free time.

The only areas you can't complain about are some of the wonderful walks in the area which are a credit. Daventry Country Park is always clean and pleasant as are some of the other walks advertised there.

Having lived in Northampton all my life prior to moving, I think Daventry can use what's happened there over the past 10 years to see what can be achieved. We've recently had a baby boy and hope he will have more things on offer as he grows up.
