Disappointed by dental move

I am writing in response to your front page story about Danetre Dental Practice.
I am a very disabled 86-year-old lady who has been a patient of the practice for more than 30 years.
Luckily my family noticed that the practice had moved premises. I had not been notified myself by the dentists of the move. My family realised that I wouldn't be able to gain access into the new premises.

The steps are too high and there are no handrails for me to get into the building on foot and as you stated there is no access for me to go in my wheelchair.

Therefore I have had to change to another dental practice, which is fortunately all on one level with parking right outside. Luckily they were able to take me on as a new patient and I have received excellent attention there.

I feel very disappointed with the way that Danetre Dental Practice has treated its loyal patients.
Name and address supplied.
