TWO distinctive mountain bikes were stolen in a burglary in Cold Ashby.
The theft, from a garage in Church Lane, happened between 9pm yesterday and 6.30am today.
The first bike was a Coyote M5S with a black and blue frame with Coyote written on it.
The second bike was a specialised FSR XC and has the words specialised and XC on the frame.
A box containing tools, two remote controlled aeroplanes and a set of aeroplane wings were also taken.
The tools were found in Church Lane, while the aeroplane equipment was discovered in the church yard on the junction of Thornby Road and Church Lane in the village.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen the items being carried or loaded in and out of a vehicle to contact them on 08453 700700 or talk to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
