A NEW charter to help businesses improve their environmental credentials has been launched.
Daventry District Council’s Environmental Business Charter covers everything from environmental responsiblities and best practice, to energy efficiency and waste minimisation.

The charter was launched last Wednesday and a number of businesses have already signed up and received an information pack outlining ways they can work greener.

Those signing up are helping to shape a new environmental business network in the town together with the council, the University of Northampton and waste consultancy RUR-3 Environmental.

For more details or to sign up, contact Emma Yoxen at eyoxen@daventrydc.gov.uk or calling 01327 302255.
