Cyclist knocked down

A CYCLIST was knocked down by a car in Chipping Warden in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The elderly man suffered minor injuries when he was hit by a vehicle travelling behind him, which failed to stop, at 6am in Banbury Road, Chipping Warden.
Anyone with information about the incident is advised to call Northamptonshire Police on 08453 700 700 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
