Daventry District Council election results

It was a case of as you were in last night's Daventry District Council elections.
There were no gains or losses in any of the 10 contested wards on the authority, with the Conservatives retaining eight councillors and Labour and the Liberal Democrats one each.

of Weedon Bec and Scaldwell parish councils.

The results were:

Daventry Abbey North
Turn out: 25.9%
Gloria Edwards Davison (Con): 1,045 - retains seat
Neil Farmer (Lib Dems): 261
Chris Myers (Labour): 356

Daventry Abbey South
Turn Out: 35.38%
Deanna Eddon (Con): 686 - Con retains seat
Maureen Luke (Lab): 197
John Lathan (Lib Dems): 124

Barby and Kilsby
Turn Out: 53.92%
Catherine Lomax (Lib Dem) 793 - retains seat
John Richards (Con) 666

Braunston
Turn out: 51.77%
Janet McCarthy (Lab): 447 - retains seat
Ian Nott (Con): 294

Daventry Drayton
Turn out: 30.75%
Annette Dunn (Con): 654 - retains seat
David Jones (BNP): 451
Peter Luke (Lab): 337

Flore
Turn out: 46.04%
Wendy Amos (Con): 553 - retains seat
Beatrice Price (Lab): 98
Liz Pym (Lib Dem): 54

Turn out: 25.9%
Thelma Hills (Con): 751 - Con retains
Nigel Carr (Lab): 310

Ravensthorpe
Turn out: 49.76%
