A FORUM on the future of village shops has invited people from the Daventry area to take part.
The South Northants Commnity Forum will meet next Thursday (November 20) in the Springfields offices of South Northamptonshire Council in Towcester, to talk about the plight of village shops which often struggle to survive.
Although the forum is convened by the South Northants Volunteer Bureau and normally only covers villages in the South Northamptonshire district, but because of the topic it is inviting villagers from the Daventry area along.
