FINAL plans for an eight turbine wind farm went on display in three villages this week.
Your Energy put its final plans for a wind farm near Yelvertoft on display at events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week in Crick, Yelvertoft and Lilbourne to give local people the chance to see the final size, scale and position of the eight 125 metre turbines now proposed.
A spokesman for Your Energy said: “The reaction on the first day was largely positive.
“We had a lot of people in Crick that were in favour of the plans. I think generally people are supportive of generating electricity from wind.”
