KIRON BERWICK, aged 24, of Earl Street, Northampton, drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence, no insurance, made off without making payment for fuel; 60 hours unpaid work,, fined £162, compensation of £143.32, surcharge £114, costs £160, eight points.

KIMBERLEY HARVEY, aged 22, of Blisworth Close, Northampton, stole a dining set to the value of £48 from Next, stole two bottles of Victoria's Secret perfume and men's underwear of a value unknown from Next, failed to comply with a community order, committed a further offence while on a suspended sentence; 16 weeks in prison, compensation of £362.

JULIAN MABBUTT, aged 52, of Badby Close, Northampton, stole clothing to the value of £132.96 from TK Maxx; fined £120, surcharge to fund victim services £48, Crown Prosecution Service costs £85.

CHRISTOPHER CHAPLIN, aged 73, of Teal Close, Northampton, assaulted a police officer by beating; conditionally discharged for six months, surcharge £26, costs £85.

CALLUM BANFORD, aged 61, of Rievaulx Way, Daventry, assault occasioning actual bodily harm; 200 hours unpaid work, compensation of £2,000, surcharge £114, costs £85.

TANYA CADD, aged 33, of Crowthorp Road, Northampton, assaulted a police officer by beating, failed to surrender to custody; fined £150, compensation of £100.
